Please use the following checklist when gathering your information.

• Accurate overall room dimensions
• Location and width of doors
• Swing of doors (in/out, right/left)
• Indicate which are main doors
• Dimensions and locations of all permanent objects
    -including windows, heaters, pillars, chalkboards, presentation screens
• Dimensions to all electrical, data receptacles
• Description of what is needed
    -size of desks
    -quantity of desks
    -preferred arrangement
    -seating requirements
• Label front of room
