Spectrum Recognized For Outstanding Achievement

MADISON, Wis., Feb. 11, 2011 — Spectrum Industries Inc. recently received the 2011 Biennial Economic Development Organization Award for Outstanding Achievement by a Business. The Wisconsin Economic Development Association presented the award to Spectrum during the 2011 Governor’s Conference on Economic Development in Madison on Feb. 11, 2011.

In 1985, WEDA established the awards program to recognize exceptional contributions to the economic vitality of Wisconsin. This award recognizes exceptional current contributions using creativity, leadership, effort, investment or other qualities that further broad-based economic development goals and objectives within the State of Wisconsin.

“It is an honor to be recognized by WEDA for Outstanding Achievement by a Business,” said Scott Dorn, Spectrum Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing. “This award is a testimony of Spectrums strengths and values of providing innovative and high value products and services to customers, putting us on top of our industry market!”

Spectrum contributes cash and merchandise to over 80 non-profit organizations and charitable causes and supports volunteerism allowing staff members to participate in volunteer and leadership roles within the community.
